Return & Refund Policy

At Gizriver, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help! This policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You provide order confirmation or proof of purchase

  • The item is not a clearance or non-returnable item (see below)


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email our support team at returns@gizriver.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name/model

  • Reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions, including the return address and recommended shipping method. Be sure to pack the item securely.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if your item is:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item sent)

To process an exchange, email support@gizriver.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping if applicable)

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items not caused by our error

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defect or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs


🛡️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll resolve the matter quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
